RUOK Day 2016
On Friday 9 September, we will be holding our annual RU OK? Day event. The aim of the day is to raise awareness of mental health and well being issues by encouraging everyone to start a conversation with a friend, family member or workmate who may not be OK.
On the day, there will be lunchtime activities provided by our friends from the Salvation Army, information stalls from various mental health support agencies and food and drink for sale, followed by in-class activities about mental health.
Everyone is invited to come on the day dressed as “someone you ASPIRE to be” for a gold coin donation.
All proceeds from the day’s fundraising will go towards early intervention programs for children with autism.
